Running Club “First Steps”

The most important of all muscles in your body is your heart. That’s why we maintain that cardiovascular training is a vital part of any fitness programme. There are numerous ways to train and work the cardiovascular side of your programme. Ranging from jogging and running, and sprinting, our cardiovascular training is effective and hard-working to burn fat. Ever think of 3 minutes of boxing or sparring, combined with a 20 second sprint and then one minute of skipping rope? You will feel the fat melting away. Even quick, forced sets with light weights with little break time, to a good power walk down your street or in your Local Park.

Monday morning beginners running club (First Steps) is now one group and FREE FREE FREE ! I’m going running and i want you to join me ! One group, One time, Doesn’t matter how slow you are, let’s just run/Jog/Walk ! We’ll set a distance, run it and meet up at the end….
