Battle Ropes

In this exercise you attempt (and its tough) to put standing waves of various patterns into the rope.

What’s so great about this exercise is that for anyone with knee pain, who can’t do traditional exercise, this one will tire you out about as fast as sprinting will, yet you won’t feel your knees at all.
